Marinela
Tudoran is a Managing Director in Credit Suisse's Global Markets Technology
division, based in New York. She is a seasoned technology leader with a career
spanning more than 20 years with the bank and several leadership roles in
Europe and Asia.
She is the
Global Head of Electronic Trading and Cash Equities Technology and serves on
the Global Markets Technology Management Committee, Electronic Products
Management and Global Markets Equities committees.
As a
global technology leader within the firm, she oversees a team of technologists
based in New York, London, Singapore and several other hubs. Credit Suisse’s
Electronic Trading Technology construct brings together heritage Equities, FX,
ETFs and Derivatives to form an innovative multi-asset trading platform. Under
Ms. Tudoran's leadership, Credit Suisse has built and sustained one of Wall
Street's most competitive electronic trading platforms, including our leading
Advanced Execution Services suite and Crossfinder, one of the world's largest
Alternative Trading Systems.

Ms.
Tudoran has been a longstanding supporter of diversity and advocate for women
in technology careers. She has been a Women’s Bond Club of NY Board
Member since 2014. She served as Co-Chair of the Technology and currently
serves as Co-President of the organization. Most recently, Ms. Tudoran
was awarded the 2017 Women of Power & Influence Award by NOW, the National
Organization for Women, which celebrates women who have broken barriers in
their careers, earning the title of pioneer and role model in their sectors.
Ms.
Tudoran began her career in research and product development positions at
computer technology firms in Romania and Japan. She holds a Master's degree in
Computer Science from the Institute for Computer Science in Cluj, Romania.
