Dana is the Americas Financial Accounting Advisory Services (“FAAS”) Leader at EY. advises global organizations on the impact of regulatory and transformational change on their accounting and financial reporting functions and related systems and processes With more than 25 years of experience providing advisory and audit services to global companies, Dana has focused on finance and operations change management, leading large implementations of complex accounting standards as well as financial control remediation efforts. Dana is also the Americas Coordinating Partner on a Japanese global investment bank

Dana has been involved in furthering the role of women throughout her career.  She has been involved in EY’s Professional Women’s Network for many years, creating and co-chairing committees such as EY’s WE (Women Executives) Connect and LINC (Leading Intercompany Network Connections).  Such initiatives are focused on creating connections between the women at EY and those in the financial services industry. 

She received a BS from Lehigh University and an MBA from New York University.  Dana lives in New York, with her husband, Brian, and their daughter Brett, 15, and son Reef, 13.
