Jill Schwartz is Executive Vice Chairman of Global Corporate & Investment Banking and Head of Global Rates & Currencies Solutions for BofA Securities, the institutional broker dealer business of Bank of America. She is responsible for deepening client relationships and driving greater collaboration across capital market products, including a focus on capital structure, financing and risk management.

Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Jill served as Head of Global Leveraged Finance at Barclays Capital and Head of Barclays International Diversity Council.  She joined Barclays in 2010 as Head of Risk Solutions for the Americas and was responsible for leading the groups focus on interest rate and foreign exchange risk management for corporations. In 2014 Jill was named Co-Head of Debt Capital Markets & Risk Solutions for the Americas.

Before joining Barclays, Jill spent 18 years at JP Morgan in various corporate risk management leadership roles. From 2009-2010 she headed Commodities Risk Management, which focused on advising end users around their energy, metals and agricultural risk. From 2005-2009 Jill lead Corporate Foreign Exchange (FX) sales and a number of industry teams across FX and interest rate risk management. In addition, Jill held various roles in the JP Morgan Consulting Group, working on projects for the Office of the Chairmen.

Jill is a graduate of Cornell University and completed both the Chemical Bank Management Program and the Associate Training Program. In recognition  of her commitment to the advancement of women and diversity, Jill was inducted into the YWCA's Academy of Women Leaders in 2013. Jill is also the Executive Sponsor for WLC.
