Alex Paladino is a strategic, fintech executive who serves as Senior Director, Head of Business Development & Sales for CRISIL’s Global Research & Risk Solutions (GRRS) business. In this role she is charged with leading the team driving organic revenue growth, client engagement and go-to-market strategy with financial institutions, asset managers and private market participants via a consultative approach in providing strategic regulatory and transformation solutions, unique analytics and industry recognized execution services across financial risk, credit, non-financial risk, research services, ESG, data & analytics. CRISIL Inc. is majority owned by S&P Global, leading provider of transparent, independent ratings, benchmarks, analytics & data to capital & commodity markets worldwide.

Ms. Paladino most recently served as Strategic Advisor to Affine, an AI, Cloud, ML & Data management consulting start-up partner to Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, who delivers analytics-driven enterprise solutions, digital transformation to F500 clients globally in BFSI, Hi-Tech, Gaming, Manufacturing, CPG. She is former Chief Revenue Officer for Prometric, in Baring Private Equity Asia’s (BPEA) portfolio. As an executive team member, she formulated and executed go-to-market strategy, built and led industry coverage teams to drive global revenue growth with clients like CFA Institute, CFP Board, FINRA, AICPA, automating business processes, driving new logos and entering new markets. She engaged with product leadership to increase customer centricity and strategic innovation roadmaps, acting as CMO to establish a new brand, PR and social media strategy and marketing framework. Ms. Paladino worked closely with Prometric’s CEO and fellow senior leaders to align firm’s investments in innovative technologies and to satisfy client needs, positioning firm to capitalize on market opportunities in tech enabled assessment services. In this role, Ms. Paladino engaged significantly with Prometric Board of Directors and BPEA execs to influence and shape their growth strategy.

Ms. Paladino joined Prometric after a successful leadership career at Thomson Reuters where she served as Global Managing Director, Executive Team Member in Corporate Strategy, an incubator for firm-wide growth initiatives in global and emerging markets, while leading the Tech Practice Business Development Group serving Tech corporates. With responsibility for managing global enterprise customer relationships and leading firm-wide cross-sell / upsell programs, she developed new organizational structures and capabilities to drive revenue growth, increase customer centricity, promote voice of customer best practices and foster client input to strategic innovation roadmaps. With her deep expertise in tech / financial services, she led transformational efforts positioning the firm for competitive advantage and sustained growth globally through world-class go-to-market, cross-selling, industry activation and launching patented ranking methodology to identify 8 new criteria, including ESG & Corporate Social Responsibility, to define 21st century leadership, for the novel TR Top 100 Tech & Energy Leaders Programs. Known for her strong customer focus and strategic business partnerships with global industry leaders in tech and finance, Ms. Paladino is an influential voice on media platforms and industry panels at industry events on DEI and global issues and trends impacting a rapidly changing landscape. She has a track record of championing talent development, building diverse, high-performing organizations, women’s leadership advancement, DEI, influencing positive culture change. 

Throughout her career, Ms. Paladino has led global business development organizations & steered strategic, firm-wide efforts to engage C-Suite executives, securing strategic partnerships with many world industry leaders (Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Salesforce, IBM, Cisco, PayPal, JPMC, UBS, Deutsche Bank) as customers, suppliers, strategic partners. Previously as Global Managing Director of Top 100 enterprise client pilot program, she proved business viability of firm’s 1st industry vertical structure in Tech, Energy, Auto, Financial sectors with Fortune 100 clients driving double-digit organic sales & revenue growth. Program’s success shaped future course for firm to market business, cross-sell solutions, automate processes, serve corporations at global scale, paving way to new $1B Corporate Business Unit.

Ms. Paladino earned a degree in Business Administration, Finance at University at State University of New York at Albany and a certificate in cryptocurrencies at MIT Media Lab. Ms. Paladino lives in Manhattan with her family.
