Target Programs

This committee administers certain programs targeted to meet the different needs of the membership such as the Rising Star Program. It focuses on special projects undertaken at the direction of the Board to meet other needs of the club. This committee is chaired by board member Siobhan Dunn (Siobhan.Dunn@morganstanley.com) and its sub-committee that focuses on the Rising Star Program is headed by Adele Caschera (adele.caschera@kurtosys.com).

The Rising Star Program is year-long program offered to the Corporate Member Firms and their Rising Star Award Recipient. Each year at the Merit Award Dinner each Corporate Firm and the WBC acknowledges a Rising Star. If the award recipient choose to participate, she must become a member of the club is offered a year-long executive coaching program along with one or two other events to augment the development of the next future leaders of the industry.
