Patrice is a Managing Director in the Fixed Income Capital Markets division, covering multi-national clients in the asset management, automotive and industrial finance, higher education and endowments, insurance, specialty finance sectors, and telecom sectors.  As part of the Capital Markets Origination team, Patrice advises some of the largest global corporate borrowers on developing annual financing plans across multiple international markets, and provides advice and execution expertise on raising and structuring debt in the global capital markets.  In addition to working US$ issuance, Patrice has also represented clients on a variety of capital raising transactions outside of the United States including Argentine Peso, Australian Dollar, Euros, Hong Kong Dollar, Mexican Peso, Renminbi, Romanian Leu, South African Rand, Sterling, and Yen transactions.  Furthermore, she experience in hybrid securities, structured notes, surplus notes, capital securities, liability management, and derivative transactions. Before joining Capital Markets Origination, Patrice was a Vice President in the Diversified Industrials Group within Citigroup’s Investment Banking division. While in investment banking, Patrice worked on a broad array of M&A, equity, and fixed income transactions for multi-national conglomerates.
 
Within Citigroup, Patrice is highly involved in the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion initiatives including serving on the NextGen Steering Committee, the Summer Analyst Hiring Committee, and the Recruiting and Steering Committee for Corporate and Investment Banking and Capital Markets Origination.  She also has been chosen as a Progress Maker and her work with Toyota was featured by Citigroup in its campaign. 
 Prior to joining Citigroup, Patrice was an Associate in the Investment Banking division of another Wall Street firm. In addition, Patrice spent three years as an Attorney in the Corporate & Securities Group at Hunton & Williams.  Patrice received her undergraduate degree from Emory University.  She also received a J.D. from the University of Richmond, where she served on the Board of the University of Richmond Law Review and served on the Board of Directors of the University of Richmond’s Law School Association from 2013-2016. 
 Patrice currently resides in Manhattan with her husband and three children.
