Liliana is a Principal in Deloitte’s Financial Services practice with over 20 years of consulting experience. Liliana is focused on business transformation in the financial services sector, specializing in operating model design, reengineering, and technology-enabled transformations – driving business agility, service quality, and productivity gains. Her work includes service models and process optimization/ standardization, relocations, organizational redesign, and supporting analytics. Her experience includes projects in the US, Europe, Latin America, Australia and Asia. Her industry experience covers transaction services, investment management, asset servicing, banking and insurance. Liliana leads the Strategy & Operations FSI for Deloitte, and is also the Banking & Securities and Asset Management Operations Transformation leader.
In the past years Liliana has worked with several large financial services companies on various business-critical initiatives related to service model transformation, operations functional optimization, investments analytics, and information management and executive reporting. Liliana has undergraduate studies in Finance and Banking, an MBA from MIT Sloan, and a PhD in decision sciences.
Liliana is a member of the Deloitte’s Women’s Initiative Network, and she is an active sponsor and mentor in Deloitte’s Financial Services practice. She is a member of the Women’s Bond Club and a recipient of a Raising Star award in 2010, as well as a member of the Systems Dynamics Society.
