Alex Paladino is a strategic enterprise executive, business growth driver and industry thought leader who currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer for Prometric. As a member of Prometric’s senior management team, Ms. Paladino is responsible for formulating and executing Prometric’s go-to-market commercial strategies, including leading their client and industry teams to manage and develop customer relationships and increase new client acquisition, engaging closely with technology and product leadership teams to capture customer and market feedback in the firm’s strategic innovation roadmaps, overseeing industry and brand marketing and communications and attaining the company’s corporate financial objectives. 

In this role, Ms. Paladino works closely with Prometric’s CEO and her fellow senior management team members to align the company’s investments in innovative technologies and service capabilities to satisfy Prometric’s clients’ current and forecasted needs as well as to position the company to capitalize on broader market opportunities in the assessment and test development industry. Throughout her career, Ms. Paladino has led organizations providing strategic insights and solutions to advance the businesses of major multinational corporations and financial institutions, as customers, suppliers and strategic partners.

Ms. Paladino joined Prometric after a successful leadership career at Thomson Reuters where she served as an Executive Team Member of the firm’s Chief Strategy and Customer Offices, Head of the Technology Practice and Executive Lead for key account organizations. In her most recent role, Ms. Paladino served as Global Managing Director and Executive Team Member of the firm’s Corporate Strategy Office, an incubator for firm-wide growth initiatives in established and emerging global markets, while leading the firm’s Technology Practice. Previously, as Global Managing Director of an enterprise pilot program, she proved the business viability of firm’s first industry vertical structure across Technology, Energy and Financial sectors. The program’s success paved the future course for how the firm would market the business, cross-sell solutions and service multinational corporations on a global scale.

During her tenure with the firm, Ms. Paladino was responsible for managing global enterprise customer relationships, leading transformation efforts to position the firm for a competitive advantage and sustained growth through world-class go-to-market, cross-selling and customer engagement capabilities, and industry activation and business development in established and emerging markets globally, bringing deep expertise in the technology and financial services sectors. This included developing new organizational structures and capabilities to increase customer centricity and promoting voice of the customer best practices within firm.

Known within financial services and the technology industry for her strong customer focus and ability to develop strategic business partnerships with global industry leaders, Ms. Paladino has a track record of building diverse high-performing organizations, championing talent development, and influencing positive culture change.  She is an active leader and mentor, a recognized champion for talent development, women’s leadership advancement and diversity, and an influential voice -- through multiple media platforms and industry events -- on global issues, trends and regulations impacting the rapidly changing technology and financial services landscape.

Ms. Paladino currently serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors, and Co-Chair for the Community Outreach Committee, of The Women’s Bond Club, a leading non-profit organization in New York City, an organization dedicated to advancing women’s leadership, intellectual capital and business value across financial services and related industries. Earlier in her career, Ms. Paladino worked for Knight-Ridder Financial, later acquired by Bridge Information Systems, and she graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the University at Albany, SUNY.
