Melanie Carucci is Head of the East Market for the Americas at Refinitiv. In this role, she is responsible for the firm’s clients and revenues throughout the east coast region of the US, and serves on the Americas Leadership Team. Melanie leads a team of account and sales executives, along with customer success managers in support of this business. Prior to her current position, Melanie was the Head of Market Development for the Americas where she was responsible for defining the strategy and sales execution plans for North and South America.
Melanie has a passion for women’s advancement both within Refinitiv and externally. She serves on the Senior Advisory Council of the Refinitiv Women’s Network and was previously co-chair for several years. Melanie is also an active member of the Women’s Bond Club, receiving the Rising Star award in 2009 and now serving as Chair of the Rising Star Committee. Melanie has been involved with many charitable organizations, including Junior Achievement of New York and Fred’s Team, a running club that raises money for Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. She also serves as Board Chair of the Arts & Business Council of New York, a division of Americans for the Arts.
Melanie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems, with a minor in Business Administration, from Clemson University. She also received her MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, with specializations in Finance, Strategy and Global Business.
Melanie lives in Manhattan with her husband and two children.
